This seems to be contradicted when you later say, "i know every class, rotation, spec,gemming. statweight, enchant priority, and healing structure in the game. give me a task. ill do it."
Can you please clarify?

I believe the "What I Need To Improve" portion means to directly reflect how to become a better player in the game, not in real life. Which leads me to ask you, how much time you think you'd really be able to commit as a full time (college?) student who is having doubts about his time playing the game? It also brings up the point of hardcore raiding: What do you consider to be hardcore?

We currently are raiding from 7:00 to 10:00 Monday through Thursday. If this time doesn't work for you we might as well stop now. Shall it be acceptable you may continue reading as I will proceed with further questioning.
How would you plan on changing your professions and why?
By "each char above 50" do you mean one of each class? How many level 85s do you have? How many of those 85s do you play on a somewhat regular basis? How many of your characters are raid ready or have you raided on?

Lastly, please log out in your ret gear and spec by the time you go to bed Sunday.

If you want to join a progression guild, you cannot just quit or give up your raid spot cause you're having a busy week IRL. We understand that shit happens IRL and sometimes you need some time to take care of it; but, what we have a problem with is shit always happening. It's great that you have RL obligations but if you want to raid with us, those obligations cannot get in the way of your commitment to us. If you foresee in the future - about a year I believe is reasonable for a student - that you would be unable to commit at any time, than stop right now because it would be a giant waste of both our times if we take you in just to have you leave.
Your progression experience is minimal. The only thing I see here that would qualify is FL. I would need a time stamped achievement of 3D OS and ToC/ICC to consider whether or not that was progression raiding.

Tanks require huge amounts of dedication as they are the backbone on which a raid relies. Without a tank, there is no raid. Why should we put any trust/faith into you sticking around given your track record?
As far as playing your spec goes, why did you choose Rule of Law over Judgements of the Pure?
