Since we have some raiding background together, I am slightly biased in how I feel. (I approve personally) While checking in on the top people and there specs, sometimes they only spec for certain situation and it can be hard to exactly understand why they're doing that.
Granted I also check people out and compare, As currently I have my own druid resto spec that works for me, sometimes thinking for yourself can be more beneficial towards a higher goal. Just some food for thought there.

While healing on majordomo you kept up pretty well, but on rag I noticed you had a harder time keeping the melee topped off. Is there a way for you to remedy this? Self improvement is the key to success here.
But part from that how was your mana? Your gear is mostly what is setting you apart right now from the other healers, but time can fix that for you.

your talent points are a little different from the standard spec to be, But it isn't that big of a deal unless you're really feeling the mana consumption issue, but that usually only arises in Hard Modes.
I went over this with Jeremy but we might not have a secured spot for you guys immediatly, and as such we may have to take you guys to the run on sunday that we are setting up. But our roster is constantly changing so we will figure it out.

You said you aren't to experienced with holy or shadow? What can you do to improve your proficiency in these specs?
Hardmodes are specifically that, a lot of people can do normal with relative ease, but taking the plunge into something more can be a little strenuous at times, can you handle wiping a bit learning new fights on harder dificulties? (I skimmed over this so don't take offense if you have mentioned this previously)
Apart from that since this priest is new, the 4.3 patch is out tuesday so you can take the time then to gear up a little more extensively out of the new dungeons.

1pm Server time.
My Requirements
Characters mostly gemmed and enchanted properly for current content, I am wanting people to be at least 372 ilvl justly required to use Raid Finder as well. Higher is certainly preferred but I won't be biased depending on gear unless the difference is vast.
My Spiel
I am not doing this run to hold peoples hands through content, killing bosses is fun for me, so that's what I expect of people who want an invite, to kill bosses with minimal mistakes. I only expect to be able to kill up to spine MAYBE. of not that then at least lootship.
The Good Stuff
All of the above being said, if you don't know the fights on normal difficulties I expect you to AT LEAST watch videos on it or have someone (Not me) explain it to you. I will briefly go over what needs to be done, but I don't want to spend the time going in depth as we do in our main raid.

Post in this topic if people wouldn't mind saying what they might be interested in bringing character wise, if not contact Cardboardman or Darkbehemoth in game if I'm on.

That being said I like how you quote your sources for information makes it simple to tell if you are just making stuff up. (Doesn't seem to be the case)
And lastly, Try to get in touch with one of the officers around 8pm server time to maybe set up a chat session while we raid, or even after around 10:30 if you are able, we usually have a bit of time to talk then.
