Hello and welcome to the application process.
I'm just wondering where your tier gear is? At this point you should have at least 1-2. Right now we are just focused on a solid 10man, though many have shown an interest in 25man raiding at we will look into that as we get more interest. I'm not sure if this will change your thought process, but I want to be up front with you on this.
You won't be happy if I'm not happy....DON'T MAKE ME ANGRY.

ack, this is totally my fault for not including this information in the application, totally went over my head about it, but in between May and July, i had to freeze my account due to insufficient funds and completely missed out on the first month of raiding Firelands. along with the tier, i do BH25 for T12 gloves and pants, ive been doing it since VoA for the gloves and such. there was multiple opportunities where i could have had 3 piece tier already, but i let my goody little two shoes ahead most of the time and bought VP bracers for leveling characters to boost their armor so that they can start heroics earlier, and that is completely my fault. As for the 10man raiding, that is completely fine with me, i have no objection whatsoever, your the boss man, what you say goes, and i respect that to the fullest. i have more experience in 10mans as i do in 25mans and that helps me more, because i get to study the 25man videos even more so that in the future, i know what to do and no mistakes will be made on my part.

yes, i now notice what is needed to change, the add on was very confusing to me, i didnt use it. however i took your advise and made the neccessary changes to my armor, and my stats have returned to the designated numbers they need to be at. to test it out, i followed up with a FL's raid with Get Loot or Wipe Trying on Baleroc, and noticed a significant improvement. i thank you again for your advise.

yes i understand much of that, i dont see how the timestamps could affect anything, as long as i know the fights, and have cleared them is the true objective yes? as for my proffessions, i chose Jewelcrafting for the benefits of the high stat agility gems and to make leveling JC easier, i stuck with my mining, when i max JC, i may drop mining to pursue Enchanting next, and power level it by running low dungeons for mats. for 25mans, i dont have my hopes up, if you do 10mans, so be it, ill do 10mans, 25man just means harder work for the raid leader, and more people to stand in the fire. majority of my raiding experience is 10man anyways so in a way, that helps both sides, i know the fights, and if i screw up, thats my fault, and you have the power to expell my services. im not sweating anything, i can adjust well, and meet your expectations when desired.

No, while the mechanics for a fight might be the same, they are severely nerfed and in many cases, simply disregarded based on how old the content is. Let me explain in more detail. Lets look at SWP (aka Kil'Jaeden) as our example. Your timestamp is 2/08/2010. By this time, ICC was on farm for the first wing. Guilds already were already decked out and steam rolling through the laughable difficulty of t10 content. By this time, any new player would have at least t9 and ToC/ToGC gear. The numbers that were being put out during this time were at least 3 times larger than those during the release of SWP. This means of course that KJ is being killed roughly 3 times faster. There's no need to worry about flame orbs which shoot flame darts, the damage is minuscule compare to the amount of health players have. There's no need to worry about fire bloom as the damage is also minuscule. Sinister reflections die in roughly 2 or 3 shots each, and are often ignored by the group. Blue Dragons are avoided all together as Meteors and Darkness of a Thousand Souls don't have time to arrive or do so in such a short time span that their damage (as a percentage of health) is still insignificant. In short, you did not have to worry about player positions because of firebloom. You did not have to worry about changing targets. You did not have to worry about movement into or out of protective bubbles from Darkness of a Thousand Souls. You DO NOT know the mechanics of that fight nor do you have experience overcoming them. This is but an example that can be extended to EVERY raid you've done outside of Cataclysm. and possibly even some raids in Cataclysm. The point is not just what you've killed, but what you've killed when it was still progression content.
DPS, Tanks, DPS/Heals

understood, i wasnt much of a raider back in The Burning Crusade, i was still learning. majority of my raiding was spent in WotLK, thats where the mechanics still apply today even at 85. what i was getting at was that i have cleared the raids, im more focused on 85 raids, nerfed or not, i know the mechanics. i know to avoid the rings on Atramedes, i know to interupt the Blast Nova in the adds on the platform in phase 2 of Nefarians End. i know to avoid Maga Flow lines on Lord Ryolith, i know to run out on Seeds at 6 seconds in the Majordomo Staghelm fight.
