Who Am I: My name is Andrey, I am 32, I live in Phoenix, AZ and am currently working as an IT Technical Support.

Hardware/Internet: ASUS laptop, very decent and allows me to play WOW on full graphical settings /Cox

Armory:

What made you decide on your Spec, Gems, and Enchants: My spec was chosen purely because on elitist jerks Arcane is still considered the highest single target dps. Gems are based off RAWR and re-forging is based on http://wowreforge.com/ . If needed I can adjust my spec and/or talent tree. I am currently starting to replace my gems with Epic cuts, just currently a pricy proposition, especially if the guild doesn’t down 8/8.

Professions: Tailoring/Enchanting (maxed out with many recipes mostly old but some new.)
Professions on my alt: Jewelcrafting/Alchemy (have close to 15 epic cuts available)

Guild/Raiding History: Was part of, Parody, Redefine, Civilian and now back with Redefine this time as an officer. Reason for wanting to leave the guild is: I want to do heroic content and do progressions. I have been playing the game for four years.
Dragon Soul 8/8 (on normal)
Firelands: 7/7 (on normal)
6/7 (on heroic) - our guild had problems with heroic rag.
My Alts: Prot Pally Tank 85

Why I Am Applying to Escaper: I am aware that Escaper traditions and history run deep on Bonechewer, as a matter of fact, I was online at the time I believe Escaper got the first Heroic LK kill on Bonechewer. I always wanted to be part of this guild. I want to do DS progression and down heroic content.

Why Escaper Should Want Me: I am a dedicated person, who shows up on time and expects to succeed, willing to adapt and adjust to give the group a better chance to down the boss. I am usually pretty quiet and mind my own business at the same time I am not afraid to speak up if needed.

What I Need To Improve: I know I still need to learn how to play a good fire mage, because currently fire mages are better at multi target dps and better in mobility.

The Hardest Lesson I Learned In WoW: As much as I hate to copy somebody else’s words but everything that was said underneath matches with me so I will quote. “You can't stay with what you like. The game changes and you have to adapt. Talent trees change and so do the specs that output more.”

My Role in Raiding: My main role is to dps the boss hard, but secondary role that is important to me survivability, which in turns helps the healers and the successes of an entire raid group.

Change the priority of your role in raiding and I will love you for the rest of your life. Your entire life.

That being said I like how you quote your sources for information makes it simple to tell if you are just making stuff up. (Doesn't seem to be the case)

And lastly, Try to get in touch with one of the officers around 8pm server time to maybe set up a chat session while we raid, or even after around 10:30 if you are able, we usually have a bit of time to talk then.
