Who Am I: My name is Mike, I live in Lancaster, CA and am currently a Field Dispatch Manager for Tati Corp.

Hardware/Internet: HP Pavilion DV71135nr, yeah its a laptop, but it works good. My internet is through Time Warner Cable. 99% of the time I have a great connection with a very low lag rate.

What made you decide on your Spec, Gems, and Enchants: I spent alot of time reading up from several websites and took time to look at what some of the top raiders of my spec were doing. I've tried a few of the different options and this seems to work best for me. I am willing to change as the guild may need me to spec in a different way for what ever reason.

Professions: JC 450 / Enchanting 450 I went with these for the larger gem stats from JC and better enchants help me in ___ way.

Guild/Raiding History: First with raiding. Just about everything post BC.I have completed Ulduar on both 10 and 25 man. I have completed 10 Normal and Heroic ToC, 25 Normal and Heroic ToC. I am currently 12/12 on ICC 10 normal and 6/12 heroic. ICC 25 I have 10/12 normal and 4/12 heroic. As for my guild history, during BC I raided with XXX. As WOTLK came out I looked for a new home and a new start in ZZZ. I went through Naxx and most of Ulduar with them until the guild disbanded. I then joined with YYY for ToC and into ICC. I am leaving YYY due to the fact that the guild has decided to be more of a cusual guild instead of a progression raiding guild.

My Alts: **** 85 Warrior, **** 80 Druid and a few low levels on other servers.

Why I Am Applying to Escaper: I have been looking for a guild that is serious about progression raiding and people that take the time to learn the fights and how each class can contribute to the raid. I did a few pug runs with some of your members and had a great time and felt that they really knew what they were doing. I enjoyed it and believe I am ready to goto the next level with Escaper.

Why Escaper Should Want Me: I believe that I can be a key player for the main runs. I work hard and I am willing to do what is needed to better the position of the guild in any way needed. I take time to study my class and I pay attention to patch notes to see if there is anything new I need to know or do.

What I Need To Improve: I still have much to learn about my class and also about the rolls of others in raids. I sometimes get to focused on one target and miss other things that might be going on.

The Hardest Lesson I Learned In WoW: You can't stay with what you like. The game changes and you have to adapt. Talent trees change and so do the specs that output more. For instance DK is still under construction and they are constantly under going change. Also a hard lesson has been that a hardcore raiding guild does FAR more dps then any pug out there...dominating a pug still doesn't come close to the bottom of the dps charts for a serious guild.

My Role in Raiding: I am currently setup for both tank and dps. I am willing to do either. My DPS gear is currently better over all, but I am working now on a tank set. I will do what is asked to the best of my ability. My dps build provides ABC buff to the raid and my tank build provides XYZ buff to the raid.
