I believe the "What I Need To Improve" portion means to directly reflect how to become a better player in the game, not in real life. Which leads me to ask you, how much time you think you'd really be able to commit as a full time (college?) student who is having doubts about his time playing the game? It also brings up the point of hardcore raiding: What do you consider to be hardcore?

Hello and welcome to our application process.
Looking at your history in game and bosses killed, it appears as though you did not play during ICC. I assume you needed to take a break for some reason or another. Is this something that we would need to worry about? Also you app says you are 12/12for patch 4.1, but you did not get those achievements until patch 4.2 had come out. So here are a few questions.
What type of serious progression raiding have you done in the past if any? What raid benefits do your current prof give to you in raiding? You say you are willing to take up new classes. What type of exp do you have with some of the other classes? As we currently have a few other holy paladins and a prot paladin, would you be willing to sit out and come in on a rotation basis if needed until we move to 25man or an arrangement is made with 1 of the other paladins? And now for a brain twister: Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another 1000.
Now add 30. And another 1000.
Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add 10.
What is the total?
You won't be happy if I'm not happy....DON'T MAKE ME ANGRY.

Hardcore to me is 4-6 hours a night which is what im looking for, and yes im a full time student but i have my classes scheduled during early mornings which leaves me time during the afternoon and night for raiding and other guild events. As far as improving myself ingame i do need to work on my proffs, because i do realize they are not the most beneficial for raiding. I took a break during ICC, due to lack of a serious and willing guild. I currently have each char above 50 and used to be quite the altoholic, im willing to take up a new class/spec. as far as endgame content i really only have exp with fury warrior, and assas rogue...discluding my pally. I do understand the surplus of pallys in your guild, im willing to sit out if it means benefiting the guild. Brain Twister=4100?

So I took this time to look at our website and try and find some resemblance of what hours we raid and how frequently and such and either it's hidden really well, we don't have it, or I'm somewhat lazy. We currently are raiding from 7:00 to 10:00 Monday through Thursday. If this time doesn't work for you we might as well stop now. Shall it be acceptable you may continue reading as I will proceed with further questioning.
How would you plan on changing your professions and why? By "each char above 50" do you mean one of each class? How many level 85s do you have? How many of those 85s do you play on a somewhat regular basis? How many of your characters are raid ready or have you raided on?

While this all may very well be true, this is an app thread and we need to keep it as such. Please focus on asking the applicant questions that you have on his knowledge of his class and his personality in game and in vent.

Ok, during tbc did you have much raid experience? I found wrath to be a spoon fed xpac (led me to quit actually)
What sources of information do you use to plan out your gear/spec etc.?
Raiding as holy what do you feel you role in a raid typically is? (mt heals vs raid heals and various class mechanics etc.)
Do you come with an inflated ego that makes people around you mass murder kittens?
How do you handle criticism?
Last but not least how do you feel about frilly toothpicks?
