First, I would say I did most of my progressive raiding on my hunter for Malygos/Sarth 3 drake, as well as some T5/6 content prior to Sunwell release. Although not much, I did some progressive raiding for the TOC/ICC phase on my warlock (exclusively 25 mans) and though not very progressive/competitive, kept a consistent raiding schedule + recruitment for ICC 10 in my friends guild.
Second, I did Shannox and Beth the first week Firelands was released. We got Shannox down late into the week so we continued the next week, doing attempts on Bale and Rhyolith; this leads to the third part of the question:
I had a critical school program that was taking up a lot of my time. Although this was only going to make me miss a week of raiding, I decided that the guild would benefit more from a ranged dps that would be more consistent than me (even for a week). This might leave doubt in your minds for the future but for the most part, I will not be missing raids. The previous guild's times were a bit early for me, and Escaper's raid times are a much better fit for anything I have to do. Further, my schedule has cleared up after that program so I will be able to dedicate myself to raiding. If there is going to be something of that sort again, I will make sure to address any officers and allow them to determine what is best fit for my future and the guild.

Since you stated you that you have shannox down and according to armory beth, would you mind explaining your role on those fights?
I am assuming bale and rhyolith atempts would give you a fair understanding of how both of those bosses also work and would like you to explain your role on them as well.
Also are you running demo or afflic? Armory has you as demo atm but if so why forge out of mastery?
Is ej something you read when looking at rotations/gems/enchants etc.?
In the event a cauldron or feast is not available do you have your own flask/food/potions?
While running 10 mans a raid slot is not assured as we must bring the best possible raid composition, would that be a problem for you if you had to sit?

1) -For Shannox, our guild's strat was to down rageface first, dps shannox down until 60%, then down riplimb before finishing Shannox. For this fight, I actually ran destruction, putting a bane of havoc on Shannox while dpsing rageface and switching it to riplimb after rage was down. For the most part, I just tried to maintain as much dps as possible between the 3 entities and made sure to stay out of fire + traps. - For Beth, I ran affliction and was one of the people to go up to Beth. I tried to keep dots up on the big spiders on the ground and made sure I had a full rotation of dots on Beth before jumping down. After jumping, if the bottom people needed help with any adds, I would aoe the spiderlings. - For Bale, I was one of the people to absorb the shard debuff, which we stacked up to around 8-10. After switching around shards, we just dps'd boss down. - For Rhyolith, we had a hunter and rogue mainly driving the boss while the rest were on adds. Sometimes, the boss would require extra help so I would switch over to help with the legs but mainly stuck do dpsing the adds down.
2) I mainly run affliction but switch around to demo when the fight permits. I currently went demo to help aoe adds in BH.
3) EJ is something I highly rely on to get my warlock information. I do look up some "pro" players to see how they are gemming/enchanting + gear choice in regard to spec and if I really cant find any answers, I go as far as to asking them in game (considering they are not busy and willing to help) or on their fourms.
4) I always try to have at least 1 flask + few pots with me in case of any situation.
5) The purpose of me joining Escaper is to help the guild progress. If that requires me to sit out so the guild can run a different raid composition to down a boss, I would be glad to sit out.

If you want to join a progression guild, you cannot just quit or give up your raid spot cause you're having a busy week IRL. We understand that shit happens IRL and sometimes you need some time to take care of it; but, what we have a problem with is shit always happening. It's great that you have RL obligations but if you want to raid with us, those obligations cannot get in the way of your commitment to us. If you foresee in the future - about a year I believe is reasonable for a student - that you would be unable to commit at any time, than stop right now because it would be a giant waste of both our times if we take you in just to have you leave.
Your progression experience is minimal. The only thing I see here that would qualify is FL. I would need a time stamped achievement of 3D OS and ToC/ICC to consider whether or not that was progression raiding.

After a very thoughtful consideration of any possible future events, I find that it would be best for me to withdraw my application to avoid any conflicts. Thank you all for your consideration and good luck in your future raiding endeavours. As always, GO ESCAPER!
